The Duchess of Sussex dressed in a very modern/chic look for her engagement yesterday. She brought back her Alexander McQueen Grain De Poudre Wool Blazer (£1,245). The blazer features button fastening at the front and is described as: “This blazer is cut from grain de poudre wool for a slim fit, and has padded shoulders and a nipped-in waist to create an hourglass shape. Wear it with the matching pants, or a T-shirt and jeans for more casual occasions.” The piece was first debuted for the Endeavour Fund Awards last year. Underneath she went for a Reiss Azzura Swirl Printed Shift Dress in black/white ($345). It features pleated detailing at the cuff, a high neckline adding to its graphic aesthetic and a simple shift silhouette. For heels it was Meghan’s go to Manolo Blahnik ‘BB’ Pointy Toe Pumps (£507.00). She selected her Stella McCartney Shaggy Dear Faux Leather Crossbody Bag (£709.92). It features a dusky-rose logo-jacquard lining fashioned from recycled water bottles and a magnetic snap-flap closure. The Duchess accessorised with some Jessica McCormack Signature GYPSET Hoop Earrings (£2,700). They are described as: “From the Signature collection, set with two 0.20 carat brilliant cut diamonds in Georgian cut-down setting and signature Button Back, handcrafted in blackened 18k white gold and 18k yellow gold. Total diamond weight 0.40 carats.” Meghan wore her Catbird Threadbare Ring in yellow gold ($44.00) and her Kismet by Milka ‘Hamsa’ Ring ($440.00).
